Our Brut Champagne is the House's top champagne. Both harmonious and generous, it is the flag bearer of the family's image and style. Served at 10° it makes for an ideal aperitif. It also pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, white meats and poultry.
Available in demi-sec.


Tasting notes

"Appearance" A champagne with a clear yellow colour and light, bright, green hues. The bubbles are fine, forming a discreet cordon of mousse.

"On the nose" The nose is very open, with aromas of sweet pastries (sweet shortcrust pastry, nougatine) that then develop into dried hay, tobacco, toasted almonds and dried apricots. A very pleasant nose.

"On the palate" The palate is pleasing and rich, with a distinct freshness that gives the champagne wonderful structure. It expresses aromas of white fruits, with notes of marzipan arriving at the end of the palate.


Suggested food pairings

Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, poultry and white meat dishes. 
The demi-sec is perfect for dessert.

"A beautiful rich balance of lemon and fresh citrus fruit notes"

A champagne produced from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Thanks to its vibrancy and balance this is a champagne that can be enjoyed at any time of day, as an aperitif with friends or to accompany a meal.

 

Tasting notes

"Appearance" A champagne with a bright-yellow colour and green almond hues. Its vibrant and consistent effervescence create a delicate ring of bubbles.

"On the nose" The nose is rich, revealing aromas of vanilla, wax and dried white flowers (lime blossom, acacia). It develops into toasted aromas of brioche and bread, and a hint of coffee.

"On the palate"
 The palate is quaffable, fresh and has excellent finesse, expressing aromas of fresh citrus fruit, white flowers (acacia) and a touch of lemon.

Suggested food pairings

This Reserve Brut champagne is perfect for awakening the taste buds as an aperitif, and pairs well with creamy fish and poultry dishes.

"On the nose" The nose is open, with fresh red fruits (wild strawberry, cherry), candied and stewed fruit (raspberry jelly, cherry liqueur). There are also light notes of apple.

Suggested food pairings

This rosé champagne is ideal for the first meals of summer and can be served as an aperitif or during the meal. Delicious when served with rich shellfish dishes, grilled meats, tuna sushi, fresh fruit salad or strawberry tiramisu.
