Cuvée Blanc de Blancs, Premier Cru

"The finesse of Chardonnay exalted through exceptional ageing"

Produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, this Blanc de Blancs offers huge finesse and freshness that are accentuated by the richness of its long ageing

Tasting notes

"Appearance" A champagne with a yellow colour and bright hues. Fine bubbles that form a persistent cordon.

"On the nose" The initial nose is fresh and generous, expressing lime blossom and cold tobacco. After a moment, the nose develops into aromas of cut hay and honey, with a hint of lime blossom and white fruit. It is at once fresh, pure and complex.

"On the palate" The attack on the palate reaffirms this freshness, which is enhanced by a lovely effervescence. After a few seconds, it develops into a creamy effervescence that lingers with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Its structure hinges on white fruit aromas, supported by a very individual aromatic presence (herbal tea, acacia flowers, lime blossom, cinnamon). Its long-lasting finish reveals lemon aromas.

Suggested food pairings

This elegant champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters, shellfish and fish.

Produced entirely from Chardonnay, this luxury 2000 Vintage champagne will delight connoisseurs not only with its balance and freshness but also with the aromatic complexity accorded by its partial wood ageing. An exceptional champagne for your most exceptional occasions.
